So I made these for the first time just over a year ago, and I’m still getting requests for the recipe, so I may as well post it on here!
When you’ve just smashed that massive workout and you’re desperate for a sweet treat, why not combine it with a good protein hit too!
The recipe calls for just the biscuit layers of the Oreos, although I’m sure you will easily find somewhere to put the filling!
I use a sachet Whey Box Cookies and Creme Protein when I make these, but if you don’t have cookie protein, I’m sure vanilla or even chocolate will work too.
30g Cookies & Cream Protein
6 Oreos (No filling)
75g Ground Almonds
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Extra Oreos for coating
Super simple. Add all of the ingredients (apart from the Oreos you’re saving for the coating) into a food processor and blitz.
Roll the mixture into bitesize balls before rolling in crumbled Oreo to coat!
