Introducing my super easy, 4 ingredient mint chocolate protein balls! I used the super tasty Chocolate mint protein from Whey box and a combination of dates and maple syrup to give a lovely sweet flavour.

100g of Dates
1 sachet of Whey Box Mint Choc Protein
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp of Cacao Powder
– Add all of the ingredients to the food processor and blitz.
– Roll the mixture into balls
Optional: Roll in some extra cacao or cocoa powder
– Store in fridge
